A quick google search about printer drivers would point anyone with questions in the right direction. It was certainly a great relief to see that these print jobs that have been stuck for months by now had finally disappeared. I ran the command manually as well. So, theres's definately a software issue either with the driver or the application that you're printing from. Go back to the "Services" windows and right click the "Print Spooler" service to "Start" it again. I get so nervous to touch any of the DOS stuff and typing in commands, but this was easy and worked great.
