Click "Full Control", then ok out completely. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites John L. Had to give "Everyone" Full control NTFS permissions to delete it. While running under an account that has local admin permissions, right click it, properties, security tab. What version of Windows?
Tried all of the usual delete methods but get message saying file can't be deleted, although they are all empty.
