This was my first time downloading files from my 5D using the P2000 so I wasn't sure if it was the camera or the device that was causing the problem. Open the Recycle Bin and put your pointer (cursor) over that file and a Baloon Tip will pop up showing the original location. When open the recycle bin, it appears > empty (even with hidden folders and hide operating system files turned > off). What file system is the disk formatted in?DC10 means that the file is the 10th file deleted from the C: drive.
