The drive will open and you can either close it or put your CD in. I thought it was being downloaded to the itunes.

I can't seem to play DVDs. I have windows ultimate n. right click on the drive and choose on tab autoplay....draw box down choose dvd movie then check circle that says "Select an action to perform" and choose open with windows
