Cannot Detect Hard Drive When Installing Xp
Install windows Enable Sata again! But I could not change the BOIS setting back to SATA after the XP setup. For anyone who has a Fujitsu N-series Lifebook, in the BIOS setup is a setting that enables AHCI. The bottom line is when I run the setup cd, it's missing the option ‘Press any key to boot from cd' Please help! his comment is here
January 6, 2008 Gateway User grateway is correct, I have been tring to downgrade to good old windows xp for the entire weekend with multiple attempts using different drivers and nlite. I have followed the instruction i found on th website but yet still it cant load the Xp and this has been bodering me cuz i need to download some application God bless you man!!!! you will need to slipstream the driver with nlite and change AHCI mode on Bios IF YOU CAN. December 17, 2007 JP Thanks my friend, truly a great help! I can try the way you said but i tried the following: Changed SATA Device Operation to ATA instead of AHCI.I heard that it too works.

The Bios doesn't have the Sata Native option and I've tryed with the same file the guide uses and it doesn't work.
