It works if you are using Nvidia. THIRD THING YOU COULD TRY IS: CHANGE THE VIDEO MODE ON THE MONITOR IF YOU HAVE A FLAT SCREEN WITH VGA / DIGITAL MODE. I can't figure out why this is happening. I selected this and it all booted up and monitor was then fine.
