I am using Email app that came with phone, running two accounts - one personal Hotmail account and one business account that is Outlook based and IMAP on phone. With other programs, double-click on the program button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen and look for pop-up settings, ad-blocking settings or email blocking settings. There are thousands of people out there experiencing same thing and I have yet to hear or find someone that will tell us how to fix this. The issues seemed to coincide with a change to appearance and operation of Outlook on my PC, but don't know if there is correlation. I did some research and found that by upgrading my IE session to the new 8 program it was causing significant problems with MSN mail, etc. If I try to forward a message, thast message won't go either.

If you go to a pdf document in chrome or browser and open it, will it open with drive? If you have TMIS, try this change. What a confusing mess that would be.

Reply S Shively June 11, 2009 at 9:36 am I'm using Outlook 2003 at work. Can't open any attachment whatsoever (picture, word doc, pdf). First time I tried to open a pdf, got the preview or save option. I am trying to help someone troubleshoot their phone which is behaving the same way.

This began slowly a few weeks ago, I was able to open some attachements but not others, some I had to save and then open but now nothing gets in.
