I saw this on PC Advisor and thought you should see it too. Often times you can't delete the file because it claims its in use. There was no risidual indication that it was mounted (e.g. It is one of those tools that I wish Microsoft builds right into the File Explorer. Continued

Rebooting also clears your RAM and possibly fixes other nuisances in one go. Using WinRAR works for me. When I would try and delete that file it said it was open in another program or open in windows explorer blah, blah, blah.
