Cannot Delete File Syntax Error
The bad news is that this is a NTFS formatted hard disk and fcsk basically doesn't work on this filesystem. Therefore the files obviously don't take up that much space. If you just want to delete the files, you could move any files that you want to keep off the flash drive, then reformat the flash drive.
