I'm at the point where I think I might just end up reformatting the whole drive and doing a fresh install of windows 10, though will have to do some research None of my browsers have free-reign on their temp storage.

Ran the TFC, and was able to delete both, hopefully they stay gone now.
There are so many files, it takes a ridiculous amount of time just to do a search for various *.tmp and *.dmp files (let alone all the other crap in there), I want to get rid of this stuff.
