Can't take ownership of the three scrubs files. In fact, I tried copying three Scrub episodes from F:\... RD /S /Q Drive-Letter:\$Recycle.bin For example: If I wanted to delete the $Recycle.bin file on the C drive, I would type this below. Are you running bittorrent (or something like that) as a service or in the background which might have the file locked?
