Tried this solution and it worked perfectly. Go back into the printui utillity (might need to restart it using same method as above) and try removing printers again. THANK YOU! I have had this more or less every time when trying to remove a print driver from Windows 7, not just on this machine. More Bonuses

Unfortunately in this case it didn’t work.A quick search online revealed that often recommended solution is to delete printer from every single user profile who was ever logged on this machine.
