Recently I started having the "cannot display the webpage" problem under Windows XP SP2 with IE 8 when accessing secure (HTTPS) websites. - We connect to the web server through an intranet, and when we surf to our site using https through this intranet it works without any problems.

Report RJ- Nov 18, 2012 10:51AM Copy and pasting the internet explorer (64 bit) icon from the start menu to the desk top worked for me. This Page Can't Be Displayed For offline users You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages. It should work ok now!!
But nothing seems to work. :'( I tried this method as well, but for some of the dll files it says that ‘the module failed to load'.
