I finally found this little download from HP which did the trick. Next you need to go to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. The only thing different I did was that I used the 'WinPrint' printer processor instead of the default Lexmark printer processor. have a peek here I guess now I have a back up one.
