Thank you R Thomson this really works. I do this everytime when i can't delete the spooled printer. To do this, type services.msc in Windows search and hit Enter to open Services Manager. I went through the instructions to stop, clear, and restart the spool, and it happened all over again.

This will remove all print jobs currently in the print queue. Turn on the printer using the power button on the printer.

Fix them to find out that a bunch of jobs just wouldn't clear the Queue. Simples when you know how I suppose!!!!! choose run as administrator choose cancel all documents or r.
