By default, it is a hidden folder unless you reconfigured Windows to show hidden files and folders - unchecking "Hide protected operating system files in Tools > Folder Options > View.Even The one that worked was to open the hidden files, The File was part of the reycle bin on the external HD so i deleted the entire recyle folder and my Select them all, right click, properties, security tab, Advanced button, select your account and take ownership. All tricks I tried to delete it failed.
