Monday, August 24, 2009 6:05 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Hi,if you are getting an "access denied" and if you are in a domain environment you should check I suppose I could simply stop the print spooler and clean out the entire contents of C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\ but I don't quite dare do that. not connected directly to your computer.

Thinking I fixed the problem and that the Printer would be gone from "B" - but I was wrong. I must have visited 20 websites today. i made a GPP deployment that will delete the old printers.
