Tried your alternative method since everything I have tried failed. I opened Services.msc, stop the "Print Spooler" service, delete all documents at C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS. How do I stop/cancel these phantom jobs? and not mind... I have removed the printers and restarted. But eliminating the print queue contents itself was really the bottleneck here.
