These are the exact issues I was having: Cancel does nothing.  Delete does nothing.    Stopping the spooler via services does nothing.  Powering off the printer then re-powering does nothing.  Rebooting does nothing.    Any permanent answers from microsoft so we don't have to do this every few copies??   Thanks to everyones inputs.
