These are the exact issues I was having: Cancel does nothing.  Delete does nothing.    Stopping the spooler via services does nothing.  Powering off the printer then re-powering does nothing.  Rebooting does nothing.    I am about to!!   This was my last posting to delete the stuck files, but it only prints one or two copies then gets stuck. At these shops, you can buy new ink cartridges or you can buy ones that are used and then subsequently refilled and resold.
