Here is the setup:1. I've been searching about it since long time ago…. It was very helpful. Once and a while the printer will have this issue where our faxes, which are supposed to all be forwarded to an email address get stuck in the print queue.
- I did it just as you described and it worked.
- After disabling the firewall clear the print queue and try printing again.
- This stuck print job cannot be cancelled or deleted and prevents further print jobs from printing.
- Thompson and Kompooter you are correct it does work in Win 7.

Friday, December 11, 2009 1:36 AM 0 Sign in to vote Thanks for the tip on restarting the print spooler service! These are the exact issues I was having: Cancel does nothing. Delete does nothing. Stopping the spooler via services does nothing. Powering off the printer then re-powering does nothing. Rebooting does nothing. I am about to!! This was my last posting to delete the stuck files, but it only prints one or two copies then gets stuck. At these shops, you can buy new ink cartridges or you can buy ones that are used and then subsequently refilled and resold.

The only way I could get around this was by uninstalling, then reinstalling. To do this, type services.msc in Windows search and hit Enter to open Services Manager. I couldn't delete the job that was indicated as "printing"; however, I could delete jobs that had been queued after that job.
