This helped me with half the problem (one printing job is canceled). Please note that this means disabling a security feature in Vista. Here goes the .bat... If the print job becomes stuck again, continue to the next step. Next you need to go to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
