Nealsu Hi Vonnie, I can't actually see the folder in explorer, Windows 10. I right-clicked the folder and removed the check mark in the 'Read Only' attribute and it worked. Folder has been deleted. All it did was change who I needed to get permissions from, which ironically happens to be me! Take care. I even set updates to manual, am unable to find any file that says GWX.exe.
