ive looked at 100`s upon 100`s of forums online, trying 100`s of different methods of deleting these folders... i tried using the command prompt also to delete it, but it's on my desktop and the command prompt can't seem to find my desktop. Tell it to Microsoft they don't care.

How to delete that file if a user account is deleted. I put it on "Never notify", went to Explorer and at last was able to delete the folder without any problems. You may have to move other files out first, but then you have to reboot to release the problem file. Then you can go in Command Prompt and type that letter from your hard drive.
