hi pettam, if they are open somewhere else,other files,in media player,is it saying cannot delete because files are being used ??.when you r/click them look down list try locate file/file location.i Any suggestions!? A problem that I had gets solved strickly step by step with no other problems popping up to detour me in any of the steps. I've got Windows 7 and it works brilliantly. navigate here

With previous versions of WMP this was straightforward - I would get to the Media Player folder within Local Settings and delete all the files (leaving the folders). It seems as though if you add a library then delete the contents of that library from WMP, re adding the library doesn't re-cache the contents.
