Cannot Delete Partition In Windows Xp
there never was a eula page that required f8 It took me two days to figure out that it was searching the wrong disk drive for my cd. Type the size in megabytes (MB) that you want to use for the new partition, and then press ENTER, or just press ENTER to create the partition with the maximum size. I ran into this same problem and i realized that eventhought i thought i was booting from the disk, i was not! If you still have files on other partitions of disk 4 that you want to keep, you should exit now and backup those files, because after using the clean command all Check This Out

Worked a treat - and makes me think I really should learn a bit more dos.. once i went into my bios and put my cd drive on top of the boot list i was able to reformat and delete the partition!!
